HR Recruiter In FMCG Sector


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for various roles within the FMCG sector.
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks.
Review and screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the specified criteria.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members.
Participate in face-to-face or virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and potential alignment with the company's culture.
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Conduct reference checks to verify candidates' professional backgrounds and performance.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and refine job descriptions that accurately reflect the FMCG industry and the company's needs.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information, track progress, and generate reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to better understand the talent landscape in the FMCG sector.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the FMCG industry.
Assist in negotiating job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry standards.
Support the onboarding process by coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain a proactive approach to building and nurturing a talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably within the FMCG sector or a similar fast-paced industry.
Strong understanding of FMCG.
