Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers in Gujarat to promote the companys products.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets in alignment with the companys goals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Act as the first point of contact for customers in Gujarat, providing product information, pricing, and technical support.
Conduct regular site visits to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
Dealer Coordination:
Work closely with local dealers in Gujarat to enhance sales and market penetration.
Train and support dealer teams to improve their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline updates and sales forecasts.
Track competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
Technical Support & Demonstrations:
Arrange product demonstrations and presentations for customers and dealers.
Collaborate with the technical and service teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
3. Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry.
Familiarity with the Gujarat market and customer base is an advantage.
Certifications/Licenses:
Special Skills: Proficiency Hindi, and English. knowledge of Gujarati is a plus.
