We are looking for a dedicated Bike Mechanic to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This role is ideal for someone passionate about bicycles and eager to provide excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bike Repair and Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and repairs on bicycles to ensure they are safe and functioning properly.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their bike issues and provide expert advice on repairs and maintenance.
- Assembly of Bikes: Assemble new bikes and ensure that all parts are installed correctly, following manufacturer guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of bike parts and tools, ensuring that supplies are well-stocked and organized for efficient service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on each bike to ensure traceability and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Expectations:
- Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade and should have a keen interest in bikes.
- Previous experience in bike repair is preferred but not mandatory; freshers with enthusiasm to learn are welcome.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to accurately diagnose and fix issues.
- Good communication skills are essential to effectively interact with customers and explain technical matters in simple terms.
