3. **Achieve Sales Targets**: Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective sales techniques and customer service.

5. **Handle Customer Objections**: Listen to customer concerns and objections patiently, providing solutions and building trust to help them feel confident in their purchasing decisions.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a telesales role, with excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. A 12th-grade education is essential.
